Hi, I’m Olivia (Liv for short), an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, and my passion in my work is to use exercise and human movement to increase your quality of life. I will admit I’m a bit of a nerd, and am constantly fascinated and intrigued by the human body and physiology.

I was born and bred in a little Tasmanian town called Ulverstone (don’t hold that against me), but made the big move up to Queensland to pursue my University studies and career opportunities. Throughout this time, I have also worked as the Head Sports Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach for Surfers Paradise AFL club. Along with my S&C qualification, I am also a certified Matwork and Reformer Pilates instructor. Additionally, I am currently studying a Master of Women’s Health’s Medicine, to further my knowledge in this area to greater serve these patients.

My aim is to integrate movement into your life as holistically as possible. I strongly believe that no goal is too big or too small, and whether it be increasing your mobility, strength, cardio-respiratory fitness, or enhancing your mental well-being, we can improve your quality of life through movement.
