Master Exercise Physiologist
Hi, I’m Olivia (Liv for short) and I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist and my passion is to work with people of all ages and abilities to achieve their best quality of life with no limitations.
I was born and bred in a little Tasmanian town called Ulverstone (don’t hold that against me) but made the big move up to Queensland to complete my Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Griffith University here on the Gold Coast. Throughout my time of study, I worked as the Head Sports Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach for Surfers Paradise AFL club. Along with my S&C qualification, I am also a certified Matwork and Reformer Pilates instructor.
My aim is to integrate movement in to your life as holistically as possible. I strongly believe that no goal is too big or too small, and whether it be increasing your mobility, strength, cardio-respiratory fitness, or enhancing your mental wellbeing, we can improve your quality of life through movement!
Musculoskeletal and sporting injuries/conditions, Type 2 Diabetes, Women’s Health (including Osteoporosis and pre/post-natal) and Reformer Pilates.
I own 15 pairs of sandshoes! (runners/sneakers/joggers for you non-Tasmanians)
